As a business expert in the tech sector, Marianne recognized there was a better, smarter way to work. That’s what inspired her to launch Moneypenny. Starting as a pioneer in 2000, she has become a national powerwoman in the world of virtual work.

Marianne inspires entrepreneurs to think outside the box and embrace the fantastic possibilities of remote collaboration. With Moneypenny, she provides both the expertise and the talent to make it happen.

Charlotte Tee

Commercial director

Charlotte is exceptionally versatile. She ensures the smooth operation of our commercial activities: both the primary processes and the relationships with our clients and virtual assistants.

Charlotte leads our sales & account management team, which is responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones. She also manages our people & recruitment team, including maintaining contact with our VAs and ensuring the quality of our services.

Roseanne Wissing

Accountmanager

Roseanne is our communication expert. The role of account manager suits her perfectly; she knows better than anyone how to communicate with our clients and virtual assistants.

In addition, Roseanne gains energy from optimizing work processes, making them more structured and easier to manage.

Merel van der Kammen

With her commercial background in real estate, Merel knows how to flawlessly translate wishes and needs into the right solutions. Her professional approach makes Merel a great account manager who builds strong relationships with our clients.

In addition, Merel also supports various clients herself as a virtual assistant. She proactively supports her clients and always tries to be one step ahead. Merel values vitality highly and provides all Moneypenny VAs with tips on exercise and healthy snacks during the workday.

Marjolein Richter

Marjolein is responsible for the People & Recruitment department. She guides, coaches, and inspires our Virtual Assistants. With her 10 years of experience in our operations, she is a pillar of support for the entire Moneypenny team.

She keeps us all sharp with her extensive knowledge and business understanding. In addition to her coaching and connecting activities, Marjolein also works as a VA.

Mariëlle van den Biggelaar

Mariëlle has a highly versatile role within Moneypenny. She is co-responsible for the recruitment and pool management of our Virtual Assistants and also serves as the primary point of contact for several clients.

With her keen eye for talent, Mariëlle consistently finds the right Virtual Assistants and ensures the perfect match with our clients.

In addition to her recruitment work and caring for her family, Mariëlle is also a highly valued VA.

Mariëlle Meijer-Kromhout

Mariëlle leads the Business Support team on a daily basis. She is also involved in optimizing and innovating internal processes and acts as a sparring partner for various teams. All this to take the quality of our services to a higher level. Her helicopter view makes her extremely suitable for this role.

It’s a good thing that Mariëlle loves variety and enjoys change. Her primary tasks are facilitating, strategic thinking and connecting.

Lenneke de Ruijter

Lenneke is project manager at Moneypenny. She ensures that our internal projects in the areas of innovation, e-learning, and IT run smoothly.

Thanks to Lenneke’s experience as a Virtual Assistant, teams can focus on their specialties, while she provides the coordination and support needed to successfully complete each project. After work, you can mainly find Lenneke in her large vegetable garden, as she strives to live as self-sufficiently as possible.

Annemieke ter Horst

Annemieke works in Moneypenny’s virtual control room. She ensures that our Virtual Assistants can get started and continue their work smoothly.

In addition to her role at Moneypenny, Annemieke is a highly driven assistant with a strong affinity for numbers. She thrives on challenges, and with her broad administrative experience, she is a reliable pillar of support for many clients.

Fleur van Aalst

content & online marketing coördinator

As a true Gen Z’er, Fleur lives online. She manages our social media, oversees marketing activities, and uses her experience as a photographer and videographer to capture our stories in a sharp and professional way.

Alongside her work for Moneypenny, Fleur is also active as a fashion photographer.

Carly Bothof

Carly supports our team by creating social media posts and managing our VA community on a daily basis. With a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing & Communication and experience in PR and influencer marketing, she knows how to turn a story into content people genuinely want to see.

Outside of her work at Moneypenny, Carly enjoys staying active and plays hockey in her free time. She even played professionally in the United States.

Lisette Immink

Lisette creates a wide range of content, including interviews and blogs, and keeps the VA community running smoothly. She works in a structured way, has a strong problem-solving mindset, and enjoys exploring creative ways to strengthen Moneypenny’s online presence.

Alongside her work for Moneypenny, Lisette is also active as a Virtual Assistant.
