The management team of Moneypenny consists of Marianne Sturman and Charmaine Reeb. They are assisted by a steady team of co-workers. If necessary, in addition the Moneypenny organization is supported by flexible, skilled workers of the database.

Sales, Marketing and Recruitment

Marianne Sturman (1964) is the founder and managing director of Moneypenny and in charge of Sales and Marketing. After obtaining a BA with a major in business administration in the US, Marianne received a M.B.A. degree from the Erasmus University at Rotterdam. She worked amongst others for Xerox and Lucent Technologies. Her expertise is in marketing and sales of high tech concepts and products, especially in the ICT sector. In 2010 Marianne received the Porsche female entrepreneur of the year award.

Marjolein Richter (1966) is Sales Manager. She studied political science and took various training courses in marketing and sales. Besides experience in project marketing and active marketing, Marjolein gained a great deal of experience in sales (management) functions. At Moneypenny Marjolein is in charge of acquiring new clients and works very flexibly, both from home and the Amsterdam office.

Marja de Wever (1959) is an E-Recruiter. She is in charge of recruiting the virtual assistants and other flex workers. Marja has 20 years of HR experience gained amongst others at World Online and Wilkinson Sword. The past 10 years she worked for various companies as a freelancer. The last few years she specialized in HR consulting, recruitment and coaching.


Charmaine Reeb (1966) is Moneypenny’s Operations Manager. After finishing the Hotel Management College she worked in various hotels amongst others in Great Britain, Germany, Australia and the Netherlands for more than 12 years. After that she was 6 years in charge of operations at various locations of Regus Business Centres. Because of her diversified experience she has great affinity with back office management and customer service.

Jannie Cazemier (1964) works from her home office where she answers all general inquiries that come in via Furthermore, she handles and files all reactions concerning current assignments and carries out the ensuing secretarial and administrative tasks. Jannie combines working for the Moneypenny team with remote assignments of Moneypenny customers.

Suzanne Spijkerman (1957) is Moneypenny’s girl Friday and supports the team where necessary with administrative and secretarial tasks. Suzanne has a lot of experience and works mainly from home. She worked as a secretary to the Board of a large home care centre for 8 years and is at present also working as a remote secretary for Moneypenny customers.
